I am working with many clients and families to address challenges and changes to the way we spend time with each other in quarantine.  Families are facing new challenges to boundary setting and college-aged children are being forced to adjust their expectations after moving back home.  It is important to remember that most families face very different challenges and one solution never works across the board.  However, this article offers some good tips on how to think about perspectives on both sides and continue moving forward toward maturity and accepting personal responsibility.
